Structural Engineer

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 5-10 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects
Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and reports
Ensure compliance with relevant codes (IS, IRC, etc.) and safety regulations
Coordinate with project managers, and site teams
Conduct site inspections and structural assessments
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during design stages
Use design software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Revit

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil or Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
Master’s Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering (Preferred)
Strong foundation in structural mechanics, RCC and steel design
Familiarity with national and international design codes

Survey Engineer

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 5-10 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land, topographic, and route surveys using GPS, Total Station, and DGPS
Prepare survey drawings, base maps, and alignment plans
Perform data collection, processing, and analysis using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar software
Ensure survey accuracy and validate field data for engineering use
Coordinate with design, geotechnical, and project execution teams
Maintain proper documentation and update records as per project requirements
Ensure compliance with surveying standards and safety guidelines
Assist in boundary demarcation, leveling, and layout work at site
Report survey progress and challenges to the project manager

Educational Background:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
Certification or training in modern survey equipment (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and survey software/tools
Field experience in infrastructure or road projects is an advantage

Estimation Engineer – Road & Highway

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 5-10 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for road and highway construction projects
Analyze BOQs, drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications
Identify material, manpower, equipment, and subcontracting requirements
Coordinate with design and project teams to gather necessary data
Prepare rate analysis, and cost comparison sheets as per client/project needs
Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, and relevant government standards
Participate in bid preparation, tender submissions, and vendor negotiations
Support project team during budgeting and cost control phases

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Knowledge of highway construction materials, methods, and codes
Proficiency in estimation software like Excel, Candy, or CostX (preferred)
Familiarity with government tenders and EPC/contracting procedures

Building Estimation Engineer

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 5-10 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify materials and labor
Conduct rate analysis and prepare tender documents
Work with project managers, architects, and site engineers for technical inputs
Ensure compliance with building codes, IS standards, and client specifications
Assist in bid evaluations, budgeting, and cost monitoring
Maintain updated records of material prices, vendor rates, and estimation templates
Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost-control strategies

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience in building construction estimation and costing
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX)
Familiarity with local market rates, labor norms, and government contracts

Billing Engineer

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 2-5 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per work progress
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quantity records
Coordinate with site teams and consultants for accurate measurement entries
Ensure compliance with project BOQ, drawings, and specifications
Handle billing documentation, certifications, and reconciliation reports
Assist in project cost tracking and reporting

Educational Background:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in billing for infrastructure or building projects
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/billing software

HR Manager

Location: Palanpur ; gandhinagar | Experience: 2-4 years | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Maintain HR policies, payroll records, and compliance documents
Handle grievance redressal, performance appraisals, and training programs
